Tuesday 12th February 7.30pm Oranges & Sunshine (15) This film tells the story of Margaret Humphreys, a social worker from Nottingham who uncovered the scandal of the deportation of thousands of children from the UK to Australia. She reunited thousands of families, brought authorities to account and drew worldwide attention to an extraordinary miscarriage of justice. They were promised oranges and sunshine, many got hard labour and life in institutions.
